Lewis Black is the comedian - he's had a few specials (including one hour-long special devoted entirely to tax law  ), is an occasional correspondent on the Daily Show, and has been in several movies (most lately in the one where Robin Williams is a comedian who is elected president). He's funny as hell - just youtube his name and enjoy.
