Dennis, I think you will be the only one leaving from PC, so if you drive from PC to Gville or Jville then either me or Mark can drive you down there.

I will be driving me and Tyler down to Gville then park there and then we are going down with Mark. Speaking of that Mark I need to know what time you are leaving on friday because me and Tyler have work that day (We might be able to get off).

As this will be the first race I've actually been to, I'm a bit unfamiliar with the ticket-purchasing process: it's not like a UF event where we need to buy together to get seats near each other, is it? Sorry for my n00bishness, but Daytona as the nearest racetrack never inspired me to watch races on television, let alone spending $ to see turning left 2,000 times in person. Laughing

When Mark comes back from his trip, he will inform us on his purchase and we will follow after that. I can also make a conference call and order all of ours together.

Since it was decided that we are going to do the 3-day general admission pass, we don't need to buy as a group, because we will not have exact seating.

I'd like to get a paddock pass (aka garage access pass) for one day, I think its something that would be neat to check out.

so here's the scoop troops, Tyler, Mark, and Albert, i'm getting your tickets today and I'll have them ready when we meet. Adam, if you're goin 2 go, you should drop by the university ticket office at the Reitz union collanade, they sell them there w/o the shipping charges. The price/ticket is 49.50+tax & handling fee (wtf that is ) and they only take cash, so time to rob a bank. I'll have my cell on me if you can't make it, let me know. Cheers and I'm really stoked about this race, get to catch my audi boys tearin' it up this year!

what you'll need to bring to St. Pete:
1) lots of sun-tan lotion
2) fold-up lawn chair
3) cooler (or get w/ someone who has one) w/ drinks and snacks
4) toilet paper (don't ask, just trust me)
5) sleeping apparatus (sleeping bag, pillow, etc.)
6) extra clothes
7) entertainment stuff (iPod, magazines, etc.)
8) and most importantly: MONEY, this place will have food/drinks but you'll have to pay for 'em and it's Disney style, aka essspensive

if I think of anything else, I'll add it later, cheers and GO GATORS!
