Lets try to get to the bottom of why Albert can't play certain games without vomiting. I think there might be something to do with the frame rate, the light vs dark, or something.
Albert, post all of the games that have given you this reaction, and the parts of the game specifically (like Left 4 Dead demo in the subway).

i get this feeling sometimes too, only game that affected me was quake 4

Hmm - try playing the Mirror's Edge demo. Lots of rapid movement but the areas are bright/colorful - should rule out motion sickness as a possibility, if nothing else.
