idk, but the important thing out of that article is the fact that the transmission can be mated to the nano-engines they already have to move as much as a pound of force in something the size of a grain of sand. Here's the implications, reliability goes up as you get things smaller (Harder to separate atoms than strings of atoms in materials) If you don't understand, think about it this way, take a pencil, break it in 2, then break it in 4, etc. you'll find that each one gets harder because you're getting smaller and the moment acting on the pencil gets smaller and smaller. Extrapolate that to atomic scale & you'll see that the energy required to break those bonds is immense. Nano-technology is definitely the future, and if you get bored google "nano car" and check that out!
