Duh Firefox, IE has no advantages other than a backup for the 1 or 2 websites that aren't compatable with FireFox.
Firefox is more secure, better designed layout (buttons, menus, etc), built in pop-up blocker, built in tabs, built-in download manager, built-in spell checker on the new one if I remember right, and the endless number of addons to suit anyone's needs. |

IE is secure, IE has/better button layout, IE has a built in pop-up blocker, IE has built in Tabs, IE uses the simpilest Microsoft Download, Why would you need a spell check on a browser, and Firefox needs add-ons because it sucks. |

| Newb. IE certain is *not* secure. The button layout is bland on the old, and terrible on the new. Pop-up blocker was added recently. IE tabs suck. I dunno what the Microsoft Download is but if its got M$ in the name you know its explosive. And add-ons still wouldn't be able to fix all the errors in IE. The fact that IE can't have add-ons for user customization just shows how poorly M$ thinks of the user. |

| IE, even the new one, is by far still the least secure of all the browsers if for no other reason than that it's the most common, and so the most targeted by hackers. However, there's been a sort of exodus to Firefox recently by the more enlightened users, and so I'm sure it won't be long before we see malware and viruses specifically targeting Firefox. Cou-opera-gh. |
